    CorusCardio. Sports medicine specialist Merja Perhonen (MD, PhD, MSc CEO, Medical Director CorusFit Inc. Jyväskylä, Finland) has developed a safe and effective group exercise method that will get you measurable results in only a few months.

    The program is targeted especially for those with
    - poor physical fitness level
    - overweight
    - high blood pressure, blood sugar or cholesterol
    - a need to intensify the level of exercise


    Basic (preventation) programme includes:

    1. Start-up visit, 35 €
    - Interview with a physiotherapist - “Before” measurements: risck factores, height, weight, BMI, hip-to-waist ratio, fitness level, etc.

    2. Fitness test 75 €
    - Fitware submaximal bicycle ergometer test
    - Results and feedback
    - Custom-tailored exercise program is made based on testing

    3. CorusCardio group exercise for 4 weeks 104 €
    - Two sessions weekly, under a physiotherapist’s guidance
    - Exercise individually heart rate controlled

    4. If needed, Follow-up after 3-6 months.
